We are a nonprofit corporation organized under Utah law and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. This means gifts to FlyLikeMike Foundation Inc are tax‑deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our federal tax identification number (EIN) is 39-3173869. We operate exclusively for charitable purposes, and no part of our net earnings benefits any individual. Upon dissolution, our remaining assets will be distributed to another 501(c)(3) nonprofit or to a government entity for a public purpose consistent with IRS rules.
